If you have read through the web site and still have questions, please contact Dr. Jo Peterson. Jo is the Director of Minnesota's Future Doctors.

When you email Jo for the first time, you should provide this information:

1.  Your full name.

2.  The college you currently attend (if you have graduated, you are not eligible to be considered for Minnesota's Future Doctors services). What year you are in college.

3.  What under served or economically challenged community you are from in Minnesota.

4.  What education your parents have completed and where.

5.  Where you went to high school and when you graduated.

6.  If you are a citizen or permanent resident (international studnets cannot recieve services from Minnesota's Future Doctors).

7.  Cut and paste a copy of your unofficial college transcript into the body copy of an email. DO NOT ATTACH IT. You should provide an unofficial transcript from every college that you have attended, including community colleges.
